NEWS Care Plan

Key objectives

To have a digital early warning NEWs chart for staff assessing patients in the hospital.


Outcome measures

Equip every staff with a digital NEWS chart that can be shared with other clinicians involved in the patients care and a care plan that can be shared with the patient after their hospital stay.


Current Baselines

NEWS is currently paper based and not viewable by anyone not by the patient's bedside.
