Project Initiation Document
The Project Initiation Document (PID) is the standardised process that PKB follows to ensure a smooth and successful project delivery.
The PKB Success and Business Development contacts on the project will fill out the Project Initiation Document below in conjunction with the project teams at the organisation, usually after the initial kick off meeting.
The PID list the keys contacts, objectives and contract details as well as tracking the training undertaken and development requirements over the course of the project.
When writing the PID it is a good idea to also start thinking about Outcomes and Business Case to form your objectives.
