In 2021 a mental health trust started using PKB successful, below is what they've achieved so far!
All active adult users have been added to PKB
(No children or learning difficulties uploaded)
25,000 records created
Part of a Multi Organisation Network
3,500 already registered with their PKB record
100 patients registering a week
NHS login (customised login, on the comms, website and on clinic letters)
Support team - adding email address manually
Care plans - any patients with a care plan produced will see this in their PKB record in PDF form
Care notes integration with PKB gives services users access to their 'My care and safety care plan'
The Care plan is created, complete and published in care notes and sent to PKB
Creating patients PKB records via integration, demographics
Care notes do a demo update or the support team are trained to add patients emails manually.
Sharing data within the network they are part with
PKB have the process in place to document the privacy label changes
